After being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, I struggled to understand what was causing me to have a bloated stomach, diarrhea and lack of energy. After finding Melody's webpage I got in touch and she has been a great help with understanding more about my gut health. She introduced me to the microbiome tests that provided much needed information to fully understand my body and home into the factors causing the array of day to day struggles that I had. Taking a step back and cutting things out of my diet, such as diary products has made a huge difference. The supplements Melody recommended have also improved my energy levels and my gut health. Melody has been such a great help and I'm glad I got in touch with her. I feel more energised and I understand my gut more and I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind nowadays. Reviewing the test results with Melody also helped me understand that my diet wasn't all bad but I just needed a helping hand in homing in on a few things to improve my vitamin levels within my body. Understanding that the smallest of changes to my diet has worked. I would highly recommend working with Melody to address any nutritional issues. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!
