Mr Marshall arrange to see me at short notice. He explained the situation to me quickly and clearly and helped to get my scans sorted. I was back with him for a 2nd appointment to resolve everything in under a week. By the end of the second appointment I was very happy with the situation and the explanation and felt well looked after.

Brilliant and told me every step of the way what was going to happen and really pleased with his care would highly recommend!

Hernia repair - Fantastic from beginning to end. Mr Thomas explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with the procedure I was about to undergo. The hospital "shirley oaks" were also brilliant from pre assement and to post-op. The food and accommodation were great, even my wife was impressed by being offered food and drink. But all credit does go to Mr Thomas and his team despite the Anesthetist being a Liverpool supporter.

Mr Sains was very professional listening to my situation and explaining the whole procedure to me He made me feel at ease with the whole process,and on day of procedure himself and his staff handled me with greatest professionalism.

I cannot recommend Mr Mohamed highly enough. A cancer diagnosis is always a difficult time and Mr Mohamed has shown me utmost care, empathy and compassion from the initial consultation through 2 surgeries performed with great skill and both of which I have recovered very well from. Mr Mohamed took time to explain the procedures and surgeries in detail and most of my long list of questions were answered before I had the chance to ask them! I must also mention his PA, Kay, nothing is ever too much trouble, every query and request is dealt with efficiently and with empathy and care, which makes a difficult time just that little bit easier. Thank so much to both of you.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this journey. I felt embarrassed I needed the surgery but Aruna on first meeting me was kind, caring & reassuring. Probably one of the only people of seen that understands what we as obese people go through. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me start my new life. Truly amazing man.
