I approached Anna because of her extensive experience in this field and also I had worked with a physiologist before and the conventional CBT approach was useful at first however I was finding the sessions had become more like counselling and hadn't lifted me away from the root causes of my problems. A clinical psychiatrist has suggested ACT could help me. As soon as I spoke to Anna after finding her through my BUPA directory I realised we would work well together. working in a sustained and methodical way through my values and morals and isolating my core values as well as a number of useful techniques to help with any moments of anxiety has really helped. Anna is always flexible with appointments, extremely good at listening and has an engaging but professional style. When In left my company and the funding for my sessions I was more than happy to continue with any follow ups self funded, which for me being very cost conscious itself speaks volumes. I can safely say I'm better equipped to continue managing my challenges thanks to Anna and would recommend most highly for ACT therapy in particular

Immediate - efficient - effective After 17 years of sobriety I lapsed. I knew I needed immediate help. I found the assessment and registration process focused and efficient. Within weeks I was attending group sessessions and 1-2-1 counselling. The facilitators were extremely experienced providing the input that was needed for me to establish and consolidate my recovery and construct an achievable and maintainable plan. This was aided by a weekly addiction support group with participants that were not only empathetic they also provided an effective source of inspiration.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions.
