From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported throughout. I am truly thankful for the high standards of care provided by the hospital.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague
