My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Lovely calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Informative eyetest and all questions answered with time spent on you. I was then introduced to Jitka, who was so amazing. Was there no end to her knowledge and precision ! I now have a great pair of glasses that suits me!

Great experience

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly
