Lovely people on reception

All the staff at the park hospital are excellent. The facilities are 1st class too.

Perfect service

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

Not enough parking had to park on main road, not too much of an issue as you have 2 hours free parking. Staff always very helpful

Overall satisfactory

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

The clinic was spotless. Receptionists so helpful. All the professional people were spot on.
